Job Summary

As a Lean CI Specialist at SR Technics Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for implementing and maintaining lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies across the organization. This role requires strong knowledge of lean tools and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and facilitation skills.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and reduce non-value-added activities, safety, environmental, and health hazards through participation in go-look-learn/waste walks and area improvement activities.
  • Facilitate and participate in improvement projects, workshops, and standardization activities, including process documentation and standard work definition.
  • Share best practices and gather standards, improvement results, and best practices to share with the CI Manager and other CI Specialists.
  • Roll out and communicate lean CI tools and methodologies within the area, providing weekly updates and explaining practical methodology usage.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics. Green belt training or equivalent required; Black belt training or equivalent desired.
  • Lean CI: Minimum 2 years of experience applying lean CI tools and methodologies in operations and non-operations environments. Facilitation and training experience desired.
  • Process Management: Minimum 2 years of experience using process management tools. Facilitation and training experience desired.
  • Project Management: Minimum 1 year of experience using project management tools as a project leader. Facilitation and training experience desired.
  • Working Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. MRO experience desired.
