We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Administrator to join our team at the Radisson Zurich. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for the Radisson Zurich entity, including monthly Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Perform sales and purchase ledger activities, batching and coding invoices, credit notes, and payments.
  • Process supplier invoices and register customer accounts.
  • Conduct daily credit card reconciliation and bank postings.
  • Carry out nominal error corrections through posting correct journal entries.
  • Respond to internal and external customer/vendor inquiries.
  • Support with monthly and quarterly closings.
  • Assist in continuously improving systems and processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [insert experience] years of experience in an Accounting/Finance department, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with EMMA PMS system is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
