Key Responsibilities- Monitors constantly the staff sales performance, implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Area Manager to improve sales.
- Is able to analyze general market context and propose improvement measures accordingly, having sufficient hindsight and knowledge of market trends and competitors.
- Makes sure that team members are always motivated and engaged, ensuring professional growth and training of the staff.
- Runs regular morning briefings to pass key messages and priorities to the staff, keeping them informed at all times regarding store performance.
