Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IP Law Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive intellectual property legal advice to support the strategic objectives of our luxury brands. Your primary responsibilities will include providing business-oriented legal advice on IP-related matters, managing IP portfolios with precision, negotiating and drafting agreements, and validating products and campaigns for IP clearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a sound legal education with specialization in IP, admission to an EU Bar, and 8-10 years of experience in an international law firm or in-house experience. You will also need to be fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Additionally, you will need to be highly organised, able to see through multiple projects at once, and keep track of communication activations.
