Compliance Paralegal Specialist

This is an exciting chance to collaborate with the compliance team and strengthen the Global Compliance Program across the world. As a key member of the Richemont Group Legal team, you will have the opportunity to create momentum and develop a robust Compliance framework in close collaboration with the central functions and regional teams.
As a dynamic professional, you will have the scope to develop proximity with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, which is crucial for the deployment and strengthening of an efficient and pragmatic compliance program.

Your Key Responsibilities
This role will report to the Head of Compliance and involve administrative support for compliance projects and tools, including managing access rights, point of contact for tool assistance, and follow-up on deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining the SharePoint compliance hub, managing the Speak Up Q&A channel, overseeing the reporting on Speak Up of locally reported cases, and performing other related duties as instructed by the Head of Compliance.

You will make a significant impact by ensuring the smooth operation of compliance activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent support to the compliance team. Your ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams will be essential in achieving the goals of the Global Compliance Program.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in the legal and/or compliance department of a multinational company, Swiss or international bank, or international organization. A Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Swiss CFC) or similar diploma in law, business management, or similar fields is required. You must also have experience in using SharePoint tools, preparing reports, and sanctions/money laundering screening using World Check or similar tools. Additionally, you should have experience working with risk, ethics, and/or compliance and be able to adapt your style depending on priorities and circumstances.
