Job Description:

Viking is seeking an administrative intern to join our Onboard Ocean Operations department. As a member of this team, you will be surrounded by colleagues who share their extensive expertise and collaborate on the organization of the Viking Enrichment Program.

Please note that we can only accept applicants eligible to work in Switzerland or possessing a valid work permit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will assist the team in planning and organizing the Onboard Lecture Program.
  • You will document lecturers' travel arrangements, communicate cruise information to them, and help answer requests.
  • You will oversee the collection of lecturers' educational content, leading to the creation of an enriching onboard program for guests.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000-$55,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our fast-growing and dynamic environment offers flexible working hours, a modern workspace, and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). A senior year student or recent graduate of a Master's or Bachelor's program in Culture Studies, History, Marketing, or Tourism is preferred.
