Zimmer Biomet is a global leader in medical technology, and we're seeking a highly skilled Robotics Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation and utilization of our ROSA robotic system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise on the ROSA robotic system, including procedure expertise in neurosurgery and orthopedic procedures.
- Support the onboarding of hospital teams for the transition from conventional to robotic-assisted procedures using the ROSA system.
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate and train surgeons, OR staff, sterilization, and radiology on the ROSA robotic system.
- Develop and implement hospital-specific multi-disciplinary plans to successfully complete onboarding episodes, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures, and develop follow-up sales opportunities.
- Support the local sales team in driving excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics and medical technology to ensure the continued success of our ROSA system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of medical device experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience.
- Prior experience with robotics or advanced equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in German and English is crucial, with French and/or Italian being a nice to have.
