Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team in Devens, MA.

Job Summary

The Director, GPS-BIA Emerging Capabilities will be responsible for enabling data products and use cases as defined in Quantum Leap workstreams. This includes developing a technology roadmap to support both QL goals and GPS enterprise initiatives. The successful candidate will also enable an accessible user experience (UX) for both BIA users and data scientists, as well as front-end business users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for GPS BIA data enablement of quantum leap data products.
  • Collaborates with business representatives and IT partners to validate data products.
  • Develops and implements innovative solutions for QL use cases and additional analytics for the GPS-BIA organization and broader BIA org.
  • Develops guidelines and BIA user experience for data marketplace, enabling appropriate visibility and accessibility to data.
  • Serves as data steward and SME for BIA-GPS datasets, championing the data governance process.
Requirements
  • Masters or PhD in analytical/IT-related field (e.g., predictive sciences, statistics, engineering, computer science).
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Expertise in development of IT infrastructure, UX/UI interfaces, and full-stack analytical tools.
