Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Audit Manager to join our team at coni+partner AG, a leading consultancy company with headquarters in Zurich. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex and routine audits across all areas of the group's activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct operational or financial audits at a local or global level
  • Responsible for taking audit initiatives, meeting deadlines and taking ownership
  • Identify and examine weaknesses in processes and verify findings with controls listed in manuals
  • Write efficient and focused audit reports for the Head of Internal Audit
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional experience in internal audit in a large multinational company or 'BigFour'
  • Understanding of Internal Control System, Enterprise Risk Management, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships with employees at all levels
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is CHF 120,000 - 150,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional development.
