Audit Leadership Position with Global Reach

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to lead our internal audit team in Zurich, Switzerland. As Group Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting complex and routine audits across the organization, ensuring compliance with international standards.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in internal auditing, preferably in a large multinational company or a Big Four firm. You will be expected to develop and implement audit plans, lead audit teams, and provide consultative support to stakeholders. A key aspect of this role is your ability to build rapport with employees at all levels and communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits in accordance with IIA and IIAS standards, focusing on process improvements and risk management.
- Lead audit teams and provide guidance on audit methodology and best practices.
- Develop consultative support for line managers and make recommendations for change.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the audit committee and other senior leaders.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- ACCA, CIA, CFE, or CISA certification.
- Proven experience in internal audit, preferably in a multinational company or a Big Four firm.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this position is approximately CHF 120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, pension plan, and generous paid time off.
