Sales Professional for Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Pixel Plus AG. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and presenting our software solutions to meet their needs.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our software products and platforms, understanding technical aspects to effectively communicate their value to non-technical clients.
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our marketing, product development, and other departments to develop sales strategies and plans that drive sales growth and product development.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and our development team, gathering feedback on product usage, features requests, or issues, and communicating this feedback to inform product improvements or new product development.
- Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to potential clients, requiring a strong understanding of legal and financial aspects of sales agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software industry, informing sales strategies and product development.
- Training and Support: Provide initial training and ongoing support to clients for complex software products, coordinating with our technical support team to resolve client issues.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients and stakeholders, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on sales targets, achieved sales, pipeline development, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
- Strong Network: A well-established network in the software industry.
- Experience: Multiple years of experience in sales and account management within the software industry.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Software Knowledge: A strong understanding of software platforms and engineering.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German is a must, with additional languages being a plus.
