We are seeking a skilled Regional Medical Customer Liaison Specialist to join our dynamic team in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. In this field-based position, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and designing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction across various therapeutic areas.
This role requires a deep dive into patient and customer journeys, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, scientists, and key stakeholders, including medical associations and academic centers.
About the Role- You will actively engage with customers to build strong relationships and find timely solutions for patient journey challenges.
- Analyze and identify customer needs, implementing subsequent services using cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
- Systematically capture interactions and events with healthcare professionals to generate valuable insights into patient and customer journeys.
- Pro-actively disseminate scientific, educational, research-related information to ensure the appropriate use of Bayer products.
- Bachelor's degree in human medicine, pharmacy, biology, veterinary medicine, or related fields. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs or Clinical Research preferred.
- High learning agility and ability to understand and learn around various disease areas and therapeutic options.
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as project management skills.
