Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Advisor EMEA - Accessory Expert to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our accessory product portfolio for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accessory portfolio for on-road, off-road, and on-water Powersports vehicles.
  • Build strong collaboration with global product teams to influence EMEA product needs and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Service and Operations teams to ensure support for all product-related topics and product system updates.
  • Develop the EMEA Accessory product portfolio of the future, building and evaluating business cases in collaboration with global product teams.
  • Manage the process for novelty accessory launches, line-up validation, EMEA market pricing, and SAP status code setting.
  • Ensure spec book updates at novelty launch and during season, influencing global teams to establish processes and provide focus towards the EMEA accessory business.

Requirements

  • University or higher education degree or 5+ years of experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a technical commercial or product management background.
  • Strong English skills, with any other language a plus.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical and process-driven.
  • Good networking skills.
  • Business savviness.
  • Team player, good communicator.
  • Precise but creative.
  • Good influencer to local and global teams.
  • Aftermarket industry knowledge is not mandatory but a plus.
  • Result-focused driven.
