Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die sich für unsere Projekte in rund 70 Ländern einsetzen möchte.

Aufgaben

Als Teamleiter(in) bist du verantwortlich für das Führen des Teams und den Tagesablauf. Du wirst insbesondere eigenständig dafür sorgen, dass die Akquise von Dauerspendern erfolgreich ist:

  • Funktion als erste Ansprechperson für Behörden und Polizei vor Ort sowie für andere F2F-Fundraising-Teams am Standplatz
  • Auskunft über die Arbeit von Ärzte ohne Grenzen
  • Akquise von neuen Dauerspendern mittels Lastschriftverfahren (LSV)
  • Vorbildfunktion für das Team bezüglich der F2F-Fundraising-Arbeit
  • Telefonische Nachverfolgung nicht vollständig ausgefüllter LSV-Formulare gemäß internen Abläufen

Deine Aufgaben umfassen außerdem die Führung und Performanceüberwachung deines Teams:

  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der Performance der Teams vor Ort
  • Gewährleisten des Teamzusammenhalts und laufende Schulung der Teammitglieder
  • Motivation der F2F-Fundraiser:innen: Motivierende Gespräche, persönliches Feedback, Ermutigung, regelmäßige Updates über Zielsetzungen und Performance usw.

Unser Angebot:

Basisgehalt: ca. €45.000,- pro Jahr
Diese Position bietet eine gute Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten im Bereich des F2F-Fundraising einzusetzen und dabei wichtige Ziele für Ärzte ohne Grenzen zu erreichen.

Das Basisgehalt beträgt etwa €45.000,- pro Jahr. Darüber hinaus bieten wir flexible Arbeitszeiten und angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld an.
