This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Process Development and Scale-Up team, where you'll be responsible for developing and implementing efficient laboratory-scale processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing laboratory-scale experiments
- Collecting and analysing process data
- Collaborating with chemists and engineers on process development and scale-up
- Supporting process transfers and scale-ups to our multi-purpose facilities
- Characterising chemical products and identifying areas for improvement
- Working independently and collaboratively to drive project success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong educational background in chemistry or related field
- Experience in laboratory synthesis and process development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and laboratory equipment
