In the idyllic town of Visp we are seeking a dedicated Equipment Expert Quality Control (all genders) to join our high-reaching team in Switzerland. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide documentary and organizational support to ensure the routine GMP life cycle of laboratory equipment.
  • Coordinate GMP-compliant qualification of new equipment and decommissioning of old or defective equipment.
  • Conduct maintenance, requalification, and calibration to maintain GMP qualification standards.
  • Perform equipment fault investigations and implement corrections to maintain operational integrity.
  • Handle device deviation and change processes to ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines.

Key requirements:

  • Apprenticeship as a Lab Technician or a BSc in natural sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in GMP environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the qualification of laboratory equipment such as fridges and pipettes.
  • Proactive with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in either German or English, with at least basic communication skills in the respective other language.
