To strengthen our team in Visp, Switzerland, we are looking for a Lab Support Specialist.
As a member of our Composite Material Laboratory at Arxada in Visp, Switzerland, you will plan and conduct laboratory experiments and application tests in the field of polymers and their composites in close collaboration with project teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Conducting laboratory experiments
Preparation of product formulations
Laboratory synthesis on a g-kg scale
Analysis and characterization of raw materials & products
Application tests with/on polymer materials
Qualifications and Experience:
Strong commitment to enhancing the safety culture
Laboratory technician training EFZ
Experience in chemical laboratory synthesis and formulations is required
You are flexible, independent, and possess good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a joy for interdisciplinary collaboration
Good German language skills are required, basic knowledge of English is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an affinity for computer-assisted laboratory systems
