**Key responsibilities**:
- Experimental work: execute routine lab work according to defined expectations and schedules. Generate and collect high quality data. Collaborate with individual scientists and lab technicians. Support problem solving on analytical methods.
- Lab management: contribute to the maintenance and qualification of lab equipment. Actively participate to the establishment of working instructions for lab equipment. Ensure appropriate maintenance of the workplace. Order raw materials and consumables as per project needs. Share and implement best practices for lab and equipment management.
**Key requirements**:
- Lab Technician Training or BSc degree in Life Sciences field
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- Direct experience in performing routine assays for purity (CE SDS, icIEF) and impurity (HCP, qPCR) methods including ELISAs
- Knowledge on quality and regulatory requirements such as FDA, ICH, GLP/cGMP compliance
- Perform data analysis and interpretation. Able to draw conclusions on progress and results of work
