Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our agile customer success team at u-blox. As a key member of our Services Product Center, you will be responsible for providing technical support, helping customers with solutions, and answering questions about u-blox services.

About the Role

This role involves cultivating strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will also create scripts and sample code for common customer use cases, produce application notes, tutorials, and additional documentation for u-blox services, and regularly meet with product owners and development teams to advocate for customer needs.

Requirements
  • Education in Engineering or applied sciences
  • Knowledge and experience in embedded software development
  • Programming experience with Python scripting
  • Understanding of IoT protocols, particularly MQTT
  • Experience in one or more specific IoT/embedded/M2M industry
  • Knowledge of GNSS and high-precision positioning
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales project, technical consulting or solution engineering roles
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in an agile, global and diverse cultural environment

  • An estimated salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
