Praktikum Business Development

Als Praktikant im Bereich Business Development wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams und wirst dich auf die Identifizierung von Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Kundenbindung konzentrieren.
- Du wirst eng mit dem Gründer von CareerTeam Schweiz zusammenarbeiten und spannende Einblicke in die Arbeit eines Wachstumsumfelds erhalten.
- Du wirst potenzielle Kunden identifizieren und Wachstumsmöglichkeiten durch eigene Recherche, Evaluierung und Clusterentwicklung identifizieren.
- Du wirst Ansprachen verfassen und passende Kooperationspartner und B2B-Kunden mittels eines persönlichen Ansatzes begeistern.
- Du wirst im Team Ideen und Sales-Strategien zur Generierung neuer Kunden entwickeln.
- Du wirst exklusive Networking-Events für bestehende und zukünftige Kunden organisieren und unsere Messeaktivitäten koordinieren.
- Du wirst unser CRM-System pflegen und bei der Analyse und Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse unterstützen.
- Du wirst Teil eines Teams unterschiedlichster Persönlichkeiten sein und von jeder Person wertvolle Insights in Bezug auf Kommunikationsstrategien gewinnen.
Wir suchen nach einem motivierten und selbstständigen Praktikanten, der sich auf die Identifizierung von Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Kundenbindung konzentrieren kann.
- Du studierst und hast bereits ein paar Semester absolviert.
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert und hast ein Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse.
- Überzeugen kannst du durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du sicher in Ausdruck, Rechtschreibung und Grammatik.
- Du bist humorvoll, besitzt ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und hast Freude an der Kommunikation.
- Du hast Bock auf ein cooles Team, verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben und ein Umfeld, in dem deine Meinung zählt.
