Administrative Support Coordinator

At Proclinical Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative services in Basel.
This role involves supporting management with various tasks, preparing detailed reports, and managing correspondence. Confidentiality is crucial in this position.
Please note that a valid work permit or EU passport is required for consideration.
The responsibilities include:
- Performing general administrative activities and providing support to the team.
- Organizing meetings and conference room bookings.
- Catering services for events and meetings must be coordinated efficiently.
- The onboarding process for new employees requires assistance.
- Calendars need to be managed effectively.
- Support for events and smaller projects as needed is vital.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- A background in commercial training or similar experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint are required.
- An ability to work independently and adapt flexibly to changing tasks is essential.
- Demonstrated responsibility and accuracy in work are expected.
- Excellent organizational and IT skills are necessary.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and quick learning ability are required.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
