Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing complex projects and ensuring timely completion within agreed budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects in various sectors, including residential, industrial buildings, public facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, managing stakeholders and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
  • Strong references from previous employers to validate past project leadership experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss building codes and construction regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with fluency in French (other languages are a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, precise, and capable of working autonomously.
