Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Marketing team at Newell Brands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the progress of our projects throughout the organization from initiation through delivery.

About the Role

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be coordinating resources, schedules, and project deliverables, all while ensuring the cross-functional team is on track. You will work independently, while being part of a multicultural team of 12 people spread over EMEA and USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a clear internal communication plan to keep all teams informed and supportive of internal processes.
  • Collect data regularly to assess project goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress.
  • Manage the project schedule and promote teamwork across different departments.
  • Organize and oversee tasks with various teams to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain contact with stakeholders, managing resources for unified project direction.
  • Develop and refine processes to improve teamwork, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Lead specific projects in support of Brand teams.
  • Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables, and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders (internal, external, and global) to gain their support and required resources.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet business and marketing objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience in product development marketing roles, including managing marketing plans across various touchpoints.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into strategies and plans.
  • Solid understanding of pricing strategies.
  • Experience with new product launches, from concept to market success.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
