Electrical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at HR Talent House SA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering sector.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design, and installation processes. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
