We're currently seeking a skilled Plant Engineering Lead to join our team at our site in Visp, Switzerland. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.

As a Plant Engineering Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and supporting their professional development.
