Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our Ibex-facility team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing operational activities related to assigned manufacturing projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform manufacturing activities in Upstream Processing or Downstream Processing areas according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and implementing corrective actions
  • Support the preparation of SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), EM (Environmental Monitoring), operation, and cleaning risk assessment for assigned products, implementing defined measures, and controlling their implementation
  • Assist in document preparation (e.g., electronic batch records, SOPs) specific to assigned production areas, reviewing production documentation, working on deviations, change requests, and CAPAs to ensure high-quality GMP standards
  • Engage in Capital investment projects for building and commissioning new manufacturing units as a manufacturing expert, delivering all necessary input for set-up, commissioning, and qualification of manufacturing suites and equipment
  • Train manufacturing staff on specific equipment or standard operations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong educational background in chemical or biopharmaceutical education or corresponding training qualifications. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess fluency in English, and knowledge of German is considered an asset.

Working Conditions:
