At Lonza, we're dedicated to improving lives through innovative solutions in life sciences. Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Operations to lead the delivery of complex projects in our Swiss facilities.

This role requires a strong background in project management, with expertise in pharmaceutical operations, engineering, and process management. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Your technical knowledge and skills will enable you to navigate complex engineering and process-related issues, and your leadership abilities will inspire and motivate your team members.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
