Senior Client Manager

Job Summary:
Syz SA seeks a seasoned Senior Client Manager to lead new client acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of investments, banking, and trust services, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term mutual benefit.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to maximize goals and objectives.
- Manage client onboarding, including identity verification and regulatory compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a similar market.
- University degree in Finance or Economics.
- CWMA certification a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English, with good knowledge of French a plus.
