Your Role
Pictet Wealth Management seeks a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Private Banking department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and acting as a point of contact for clients within the Pictet Investment Office (PIO).
Your Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships, focusing on UHNWI, and acting as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day activities;
- Coordinating and overseeing complex holding and succession structures, comprising of tangible assets, and keeping track of new legal trends/increasing requirements;
- Working closely and coordinating with other departments within the Bank (bankers, compliance, reporting, credit, other business lines, tax) and external service providers (lawyers, trustees, personal staff);
- Coordinating and implementing budget expenditure;
- Coordinating cash flow forecasts/daily payment process and validation;
- Coordinating client projects, setting up dedicated reporting and monitoring;
- Coordinating specific client's commercial transactions;
- Acting as a backup to other CRMs;
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a graduate degree and 8 to 10 years' proven experience in private banking or working for private clients/UHNWI and TEP qualification and/or legal background. Ideally, a postgraduate degree such as a Master's degree, CIIA or CFA would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial markets, be autonomous and very hands on, and have the ability to manage a variety of different tasks. Fluency in French and English is required, and the ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint is essential. Must be resident in Switzerland.
