About the Job- This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Senior IT Support Professional, providing expert technical support and infrastructure management for our clients.
- Support and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure, ensuring data security and performance tuning on prod/preprod/validation/integration environments.
- Provide 24/7 Third-level support on Windows servers, Redhat servers, and VMware infrastructure on prod (regulated) environment.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Technical competences and skills, including expertise in Virtualized infrastructure running under VMware and OS Redhat or Windows servers.
