Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of our global communications team, you will play a crucial role in developing tools to support our communication campaigns and events.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand Communication:
  • Create engaging assets that showcase our brand story and new timepieces, including copywriting, visual recommendations, and quality control for various marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with our creative studio team to design assets celebrating key cultural moments and milestones.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies and provide actionable insights to enhance our communication approach.
  • Support ad-hoc operations and administrative tasks such as database updates and budget management.
  • Social Media:
  • Contribute to the development of social media strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Publish content on social media platforms in collaboration with our creative studio and external agency.
  • Public Relations:
  • Support the maintenance of our digital press lounge, updating materials and publishing new press kits.
  • Assist in preparing press materials for major events like Watches and Wonders.
  • Coordinate press operations leading up to and during Watches and Wonders, including event attendance, agenda building, and spokesperson briefing documents.
  • Monitor and analyze local market press coverage using DMR platform.
Requirements:
  • You are currently pursuing a Marketing or Business degree and have a school internship agreement.
  • Ideal candidates have prior experience in communication, marketing, PR, and/or social media.
  • You must be highly organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • You should be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, is required. Familiarity with DMR is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and French are necessary, with additional language proficiency welcome.
