Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Strategist in our Geneva location. As a key member of our team, you'll lead consultative engagements with clients on technical and business challenges related to their e-communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Present high-level overviews of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities
- Create actionable business requirements documents (BRD) that align client needs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members
- Identify issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Previous experience with Pardot/Eloqua/Marketo can be beneficial
- Email marketing expertise, including deliverability and IP warming
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
- Strategic and technical thinking
- Able to consultatively engage with customers to make complex decisions quickly
- Experience leading customer-facing discussions
- Knowledge of Ampscript, SQL, and server-side scripting
