We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Center Solutions Consultant to join our team at Stone Sourcing AG, a premier IT recruitment provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top IT consulting firm in Zürich, focusing on providing technical leadership and solutions design expertise in data center technologies.
Main Responsibilities- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored technical solutions, and create compelling proposals centered around data center infrastructure and network automation.
- Automation & Orchestration: Design and implement automation strategies using tools like Ansible, Python, and Cisco DNA to streamline network operations, enhance service delivery, and minimize manual effort.
- Proof of Concept (POC): Lead POC efforts, demonstrating the viability of proposed solutions and showcasing the value of recommended approaches to clients.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to effectively articulate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and solution blueprints.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Fluency in German and English
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or a similar technical role within a data center environment
- CCIE or CCNP certification in Data Center, Routing & Switching, or Enterprise Networking
- Strong expertise in Cisco technologies, including Cisco ACI, Nexus, UCS, and DNA Center
- Hands-on experience with network automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Python, or Cisco DNA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders
