Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Usability-Engineer, der sich auf die Durchführung von User-Research und die Entwicklung von Software-Prototypen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die Gesamtfunktionalität des Produkts entwerfen, mit dem Ziel einer exzellenten Benutzererfahrung.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von Prototypen für UI-Design
  • Aufstellung von Methoden für Benutzerfreundlichkeit
  • Vorantreiben der Änderung der UI-Standards und Usability
  • Umsetzung von Konzepten in Wireframes und Mockups, die zu einer intuitiven User-Erfahrung führen
  • Design von Wireframes, User-Storys, User-Journeys und Design-Mockups, die für verschiedene Geräte und Interface optimiert sind
  • Entscheidungen zur User-Erfahrung für neue Funktionen und Features
  • Leitung der Softwareentwickler in Themen um User-Centered Design durch schnelle Iterationen und Designtests
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Kollegen, Partnern und Akteuren
  • Vorführungen und Trainings zum Thema User Experience
  • Förderung neuer Ideen
Qualifikationen
  • Master-Abschluss in Usability, Ingenieurwesen, Human-Computer Interaction oder kognitive Wissenschaften, am besten von einer technischen Hochschule
  • 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie / bewiesene Erfolge im Bereich User-centered Design oder agile Entwicklung
  • Bewiesene Erfahrung mit QT und C++
  • Erfahrung in UX-Design in Hightech-Industrien oder komplexen Systemen mit technischem Design
  • Initiative in der Planung und Leitung von Aktivitäten als Berater
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von UI-Designs von ersten Ideen bis hin zu Wireframes und interaktiven Prototypen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Team zur Bereicherung von UI-Standards, Style Guides und Frameworks
  • Kompetenz im Umgang mit UI-Design-Tools wie Figma, Kanzi, Sketch, Zeplin
  • Exzellente Kommunikation in der Interaktion mit Experten, Entwicklern und anderen Akteuren
  • Erfahrung mit Touch-UI-Design für Software und Hardware, Erfahrung mit Ergonomie
  • Erfahrung in Qualitätskontrolle für die Prüfung von Benutzerfreundlichkeit
  • Ausdauer in der Förderung von UI-Standards und Usability-Konzepten
