User Access Manager

Your RoleAs a member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will support and manage user accounts and IT permissions across our global organization.
Your Responsibilities- Manage user accounts, authorizations, and access controls across different systems and applications.
- Analyze, design, and manage job-based roles and their permissions.
- Analyze and manage segregation of duty rules.
- Analyze and optimize existing Identity and Access Management processes to ensure compliance and data security.
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- 2 years of practical experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage.
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Strong work ethics, integrity, and high level of accountability.
- Fluency in English, fluency in German is a plus.
