In this role, you will work closely with program staff and offshore teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying best practices, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication with program teams and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with CIO PMO office and other PMOs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a BIG4 firm or similar environment.
  • At least 4 years of PMO or project management experience.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint (Office 365) and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • PMI, Prince 2, MSP, or relevant certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills at any hierarchical level.
  • Highly structured and results-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum or Native English required).
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland, EU, or Swiss citizenship or valid work permit.
