Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Firmware Development Group. As Head of Firmware Development, you will be responsible for the technical management of the team, planning and coordination of projects, implementation of new features in the device firmware, and collaboration with customers and customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Technical management of the Firmware Development Group in an international environment
  • Planning and coordination of projects
  • Implementation of new features in the device firmware

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
  • More than 5 years of experience in the profession, personnel and technical management as well as project management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, prioritization, and a strategic mindset
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and technical regulations related to RF and MW products
  • Experience in real-time programming, good programming knowledge in C/C++, knowledge of Linux operating system and API, deep understanding of digital signal processing
  • Fluent in German and English
