Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and negotiating license and distribution agreements to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead search and evaluation activities for new business opportunities, identifying and assessing potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying and pursuing new markets and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the business development process.
  • Provide licensing and strategic guidance to support the development of new products and services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development and licensing, with a strong track record of success in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Graduate qualifications in a health-related discipline, preferably a bioscience degree.
  • Post graduate qualification in business is highly desirable.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a strong understanding of the business and its strategy and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and from a global perspective.
