This exciting opportunity is available in our Legal Department, where you will become part of a young performing team in a stimulating working environment that combines a friendly, casual atmosphere with cutting-edge technologies and a diverse range of tasks.

You will be working as a Corporate Law Specialist, advising internal stakeholders on legal aspects of projects, emphasizing corporate law, corporate governance, and ESG related topics.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing annual reports for our holding company, focusing on corporate governance and remuneration reports;
  • Finalizing documentation for annual general meetings;
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts and other documents;
  • Assisting your team leader in market compliance matters, managing correspondence with strategic partners or authorities;
  • Taking care of litigation matters or complaints;
  • Conducting research on banking & financial law and monitoring regulatory changes;
  • Drawing up, implementing, and reviewing internal reports, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Swiss Law; a Swiss bar exam is an asset;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Banking industry, a Big 4, or a law firm specializing in corporate law;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, with German being an asset;
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining autonomy;
  • An analytical and organized mindset;
  • A strong interest in corporate law, corporate governance, and ESG.
Salary Information

As a Corporate Law Specialist at JobUp, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
