Job Summary
Victorinox AG is seeking a highly skilled Application Manager B2B to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the technical management of our Salesforce B2B Commerce platform, ensuring its availability and providing 2nd level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Management: Ensure the availability of our Salesforce B2B Commerce platform, including 2nd level support.
- Analysis and Development: Analyze business requirements and develop specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Change Management: Coordinate and document application changes in relevant boards and committees.
- Release Planning: Plan and execute release updates in collaboration with the Service Owner.
- Project Participation: Participate in projects within the assigned service and application domain.
- Documentation and Training: Create system documentation and test cases, and plan and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a tertiary education in Business Administration or IT.
- Experience: Several years of experience in managing business applications, preferably with CRM and e-commerce systems.
- Skills: IT Service Management knowledge, proficiency in German (C2/C1) and English (B2).
- Personal Qualities: Team player with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, with a passion for working in an international company.
