At FIVE Zurich, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our visitors' expectations. As an IT Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and delivery of our IT systems, providing day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its guests.
  • Provide technical assistance to event operations teams setting up IT equipment & AV for meetings & events.
  • Record and resolve issues that arise, advising on any matters that require further attention.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on approach with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and good organization skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
  • Previous IT experience is required, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector.
  • Positive, proactive outlook, hardworking, and outgoing personality.
