In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, providing information, advice, and booking services for a wide range of inquiries. You will also process messages, deliver luggage, and maintain orderliness and safety guidelines in the lobby area.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
