Sales and Event Director for the Circle Destination

We are part of a vibrant and dynamic environment at Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle, where our guests can leave every detail to us and focus on what matters most.

As a leader in our Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue and reaching sales targets by developing and leading the Event Sales Team.

The Circle Convention Center is directly connected to the hotel, offering over 2,800 square meters of flexible meeting and event space. Our main Convention Hall features stunning architecture and a glass roof, hosting up to 1,500 guests.

You will work closely with our Sales Team, Revenue Team, and Marketing Team to increase the booking pipeline, manage inquiries, and ensure timely offers and client proposals.

In this role, you will lead the team to actively convert existing meeting and group enquiries, acquire new potential business, and proactively sell our offers.

You will also support clients before, during, and after events with a customer-oriented approach, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership, sales, and delivering exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership and sales skills, with a focus on time management, effective teamwork, and driving the best results.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can drive our sales performance and grow our market share.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry with selling large event spaces.
