As a Senior Media and Communications Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our Oral Care media transformation to life, across forms and markets. This regional role focuses on strategy, design, delivery, and influencer communications. The position assumes the candidate to have proven experience across all responsibilities and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.

We are seeking a courageous leader with media/communication/design experience who can bring strategic acumen and knowledge of the media/communications landscape to deliver the following scope for Europe Focus Markets.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver strategic media support models by form, responding to brand objectives and reaching the right consumers with the right content, effectively and efficiently, while putting consumer experience at the heart of all activities and decisions.
  • Collaborate with Brand Franchise Organization, Regional Business Unit, and digital amplification agency to deliver digital creative aligned with local focus market media support model plans.
  • Work with local markets to ensure advertising budget investments reach the right channels to engage consumers.
  • Empower markets to build, lead, and execute PR/Communications campaigns using influencers to build awareness for brand superiority and elevate brand image across earned and owned media.
  • Craft year-round social media and influencer/PR strategies to support brand activities like product launches, ensuring coordination into paid and organic search strategies and implementation across online and offline platforms such as brand.com and DTC.
  • Develop a robust media learning plan by form, alongside regional Analytics & Insights and Europe MO FM.
