Social Media Manager (Secteur Beauté)

Vous êtes passionné(e) par les tendances beauté, la création de contenu créatif et l'animation de communautés en ligne ? Nous recrutons en urgence un(e) Social Media Manger pour rejoindre l'équipe dynamique de notre client dans le secteur de la beauté. C'est une belle opportunité pour donner vie à la voix digitale d'une marque de beauté en pleine croissance et dynamiser sa présence sur les réseaux sociaux.

Vos missions :

  • Développer, gérer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies sur les réseaux sociaux pour renforcer la notoriété et l'engagement de la marque.
  • Créer du contenu attractif et visuellement harmonieux en lien avec les tendances beauté actuelles et l'identité de la marque.
  • Planifier et gérer un calendrier éditorial régulier, en assurant une publication cohérente et une interaction active avec la communauté.
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes et des publications pour optimiser les stratégies et améliorer le retour sur investissement.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec des influenceurs, ambassadeurs et partenaires stratégiques pour étendre la visibilité de la marque.
  • Gérer activement les commentaires, messages et demandes de la communauté afin de renforcer la relation entre la marque et ses abonnés.
  • Rester à l'affût des évolutions du secteur, des stratégies concurrentes et des meilleures pratiques en marketing digital.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience confirmée (2 ans minimum) en gestion professionnelle des réseaux sociaux, idéalement dans les secteurs de la beauté, de la mode ou du lifestyle.
  • Compétences solides en création de contenu engageant (graphismes, vidéos, reels, TikToks, stories).
  • Excellente capacité de communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse et de gestion des réseaux sociaux (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Créatif(ve), doté(e) d'un sens aigu de l'esthétique et du détail.
  • Organisé(e), proactif(ve) et capable de s'adapter à un environnement dynamique.
  • Passionné(e) par la beauté, les soins et le bien-être, toujours informé(e) des dernières tendances du secteur.
