**Role Summary**
We seek a Digital Marketing Manager - China to spearhead our social retail initiatives in the Chinese market. This role demands expertise on Asia retail market environment, mastery of systems connected to the China ecosystem, and a strong project management background. As a key contributor to our Online Retail department, you will play a vital part in driving product discovery, enhancing client journey, and optimizing performance through various social media platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement social retail strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap for social retail projects, including dedicated product discovery guidelines.
- Liaise with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of social retail initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize performance of social retail initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Client Relation Center and web team to implement strategies in line with HQ guidelines and expertise.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires a solid understanding of social platforms' environment in China, market trends, and client behavior. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and French as a plus. A relevant project management background, with experience in leading cross-functional projects, is necessary, along with image and content sensitivity. Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities will enable you to develop and execute effective online retail strategies aligned with overall business goals.
