Quality Manager Nutreco Switzerland

Nutreco Switzerland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Arbon, Switzerland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating the quality function within our company.
This is an exciting opportunity to own and enhance our quality system from the ground up, setting the stage for long-term success and sustainability in a rapidly evolving sector. You will actively collaborate across departments and functions, driving excellence and innovation at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key leaders to ensure end-to-end Feed to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) compliance across all phases — from development to production.
- Align our company with Nutreco's global quality standards, ensuring that every product meets rigorous international standards.
- Be the face of our company for external certification bodies and regulatory authorities, ensuring all certifications are maintained and achieved with excellence.
- Support the product development team in designing world-class product specifications.

Requirements:
- A master's degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience, preferably in quality roles in the feed, food or pharma industry.
- Knowledge of food and feed safety regulations, preferably with exposure to EU based quality landscape (EFSA).
- Knowledge of quality management systems and certification schemes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, fluent proficiency in verbal and written).
- German speaking is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
