Job Title: Payroll Country Owner - Switzerland

Alight is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Country Owner to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the local payroll country setup of Alight Pay, ensuring compliance with Swiss legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the country standards for payroll processing in Switzerland.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss legislation and regulations.
  • Work closely with the Products team to deliver compliant country payroll calculations.
  • Lead client country activation and act as the payroll manager supporting the client and internal teams on the account once live.
  • Provide payroll expertise and outputs to deliver compliant country payroll calculations.
  • Maintain the country standard ongoing.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (written, oral).
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Country payroll and legislation expertise (Switzerland).
  • HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience.
  • Implementation knowledge and experience.
  • A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind.
  • Attention to detail.
