Job Description

The Women's Football Manager will provide administrative support to the Chief of Women's Football Officer and contribute to the success of the Women's Football Division. This role involves managing information flow, coordinating projects, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage information flow for external and internal communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports using various software.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for events or projects as assigned.
  • Prepare agendas, record minutes, prepare presentations, book rooms, and set up refreshments for meetings as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring good interpersonal relationships are maintained.
  • Diary, Expenses, and Travel management - provide personal assistant, administrative, and planning support, including diary management, scheduling appointments, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Coordinate Women's Football Division meetings, projects, and tasks as required.
  • Support other departments in the Women's Football Division with administrative tasks as required.
