As a Groups & Events Sales Coordinator with Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich, you will provide administrative support to the Groups & Events Sales Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination.

  • Effectively sell meeting space and group room revenue in line with MOHG standards.
  • Maintain customer relationships from initial stages through to post-event phases for re-solicitation.

This role involves coordinating and communicating verbally and in writing with customers and hotel operations to detail events. You will be responsible for attaining and providing post-event feedback to customers.
